Got a footstool, it's nice

Needed a new footstool for my living room. Saw one on their site, a storage footstool, and it looked pretty good. Ordered it and it got here in about 4 weeks. It's solid, feels well made, and the storage is actually really handy. Happy with it, does the job.

Reliable as always

This was my third purchase from Sofa.com, this time an upholstered bed. I've bought a sofa and an armchair from them before. Their quality is consistently good. The bed frame is sturdy and the fabric matched the samples I'd ordered previously. Delivery was within the quoted timeframe, same as my last orders. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they always deliver.

Smooth order, helpful support

I ordered a custom Holly sofa with specific linen fabric samples first. The sample ordering process was easy and they arrived quickly. Placing the main order for the sofa online was straightforward. I had a question about the delivery date a week later, so I called customer service. The person I spoke to was really helpful and confirmed my lead time. The sofa arrived exactly when they said it would, about 6 weeks after ordering. The delivery team was efficient, unboxed it, and placed it where I wanted. The sofa itself feels very sturdy and the fabric looks high quality, just like the sample. Overall, a very good experience from start to finish.

Good price, solid quality

I was looking for a new armchair and wanted to make sure I got the best deal. I found a Snowdrop armchair during their bank holiday sale. The discount was pretty good, saved about 15%. Delivery took a little longer than expected, about 3 weeks, but the chair itself is well-made and comfortable. Felt like a good value purchase in the end.
